The room was clean, not very big but for one night it was absolutely fine. Very good location only a few minutes walk from Munich Central Station. Bathroom was small but manageable, however the shower was very tiny. I don’t know if anybody was in the adjoining rooms but I did not hear anything. The heating was not on but the room was extremely hot (it was winter so not warm outside) and I had to have the window open all night which meant quite a bit of street noise, even in the early hours. There was a fun provided but I didn’t use it because of the noise would’ve been annoying. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap and close to the central station, this hotel is acceptable.

The hotel is older and the location is not ideal. The beds were comfortable but the toilet didn't flush good and the shower is the smallest shower I've ever seen.

I arrived early after having to leave my last hotel as it was not satisfactory. The man at the desk worked hard to find me a room early and I was so thankful. The bathroom was a bit dirty and a vouple of things need repairing but the location was optimal and the rooms quiet.

Dear Expedia Support Team, I am writing regarding my recent hotel booking. I left the hotel after the first night because the conditions were unacceptable. The entire floor and even my room were filled with strong kebab and restaurant odors, making it impossible to stay. I visited the hotel reception twice to request a refund for the remaining three nights, but they refused. I was forced to move to another hotel, where I paid €301. I already sent an email to Expedia regarding this issue but have not yet received a response or refund. I have always trusted Expedia and made all my bookings through your platform, so this matter is very important to me. Please process my refund for the three unused nights as soon as possible. The room was very cheap compared to other places so it’s hard to rate it too poorly, but the place was right above a doner kebab shop on a busy street downtown. It’s easy to see this if you look where it is on Google Maps but man it was way louder than expected. People were constantly shouting outside all night and it was hard to sleep. For the room itself, it was very dingy and a bit dirty. I found people’s hairs on my bathroom door and on the floor. The beds were also terrible and hard to sleep on. Then again, it was very cheap so if you’re on a budget it could work for you, just keep those things in mind.

They have rods sticking out of the floor with no warning. I hit my leg on it and got a pretty bad bruise. Location does not look like it’s pictures. There is no AC and it was very hot. When I told the staff about the rod he did not seem to care. I checked out 20 minutes after checking in. I wanted proof of leaving the location and I did not get one.
