This hotel was amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful, patient and so welcoming. Josip at the front desk was exceptional and helped us immensely! Cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10 and our room was perfect with heated floors, automatic window shades, giant bed and very quiet. Dining at the restaurant inside the hotel is a MUST!! We had delicious food paired with delicious wine, a wonderful memory. Room service in the morning as well as breakfast inside the dining room was great quality! We will be back!

The hotel was old and very “Bavarian” which I loved. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was great, a short walk to the Marienplatz. We had a room with air conditioning, but it did not work well or at all. There was no dresser in the room and we had to live out of our suitcase and the shower water was tepid at best.

Beautiful hotel near main train station and old town. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our booking came with breakfast which was very good. Our only area of discomfort was we booked a room with AC and the air conditioning didn’t really function well and with noise outside we didn’t open our window at night.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Friendly efficient staff. Reserved king size bedroom with air conditioning but was at first given 2 twin beds. They changed our room but no air conditioning. Luckily the weather was comfortable.

The property is very nice, large rooms the young women who check us in was very pleasant an older gentleman who was there was a bit crabby, but the restaurant is very good and staff very friendly, we were traveling alone, two freinds and felt safe, it’s very close to train station so it’s convenient but a few sit over kind of rough.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were great. It was not the nicest area right by the hotel but it was very convenient to get to the train station and to our tour bus stop, so that made it work great for us.
