Liked the location and shopping and dining so close. Beds were little messy and the bath tub was not clean. Could have used an eraser to clean the dark spot on bottom of tub and looked like maybe start of mold around the edge of tub that could have been cleaned off. This was the first holiday inn express I had been in that wasn’t beyond expectations. Workers were very friendly though. Bed sheets were clean and no bugs so we stayed!!

Room was nice. The hot tub had hair flowing in it that wasn’t ours. Bed was comfy, pillows could be better. Biggest thing was the ac didnt work and we were hot all night.

Easy to find. Plenty of places to eat/shop in the area. The remodeling so far looks nice. May want to check some of the remodeled rooms as we found visible flaws along the air conditioner unit which made the contractor look sloppy. Free washer/dryer, but due to remodel it was tough to find. However the staff walked me to the location which was very kind. I would just suggest some sort of bug spray because there were a ton of those fake ladybugs in that room.
