Good property, bad service

Need a lot of improvement in service, location is good, rooms are spacious. However, services be it at restaurant or housekeeping needs a lot of improvement for a Mumbai 5 star standard. The Oud smell in lobby was too loud, that reminds of what lemon tree does with citrus smell.
