Check in experience at Aurika was underwhelming. We came to Aurika on a day when Mumbai broke a 100 year record in rainfall. Due to which, roads and trains were closed for a 6 to 8 hours and my 6 hr journey to Mumbai became 18 hour journey. When I mentioned this to Shakshi and requested for a free upgrade, she said that she has already upgraded me, however, when we got the room we had booked. Shakshi was also quite unempathetic to our situation. As we had almost 12 bags, we continuously requested for a room upgrade, but the front desk kept dodging us and didn't assist us. Breakfast experience was okay as well, till the last day when Raj and Sumit impressed us with their service. The housekeeping crew was excellent. Overall an underwhelming experience.

Stayed here with my family for 3 nights. Beautiful hotel. Good sized room, comfortable beds. Very close to airport. Breakfast buffet was good. We would stay here again.

Property is amazing with professional and responsive staff. Damien from breakfast was exceptional. Only issue I faced is that the TV didn't work. Most of the channels didn't work and I didn't get access to the OTT platforms. Besides this, overall experience was good
