As always it was a lovely property and even lovelier staff. however the accessible bathroom is just a tickbox exercise. the room was dusty and the accessible shower had poor drainage. i had a late night shower and the entire bathroom was flooded. unfortunate that such a big hotel hasn’t got proper shower facilities for people with mobility issues

Gym was attended by a staff who was insulting and argumentative. The bar lounge had ample staff and no guests even then they wouldn’t come to ask for what you wanted. The singer in the main hall reverberated the entire building with her singing for an entire FOUR hours cutting my ears off.
