I had to change rooms twice as I found the 12th floor having a strong smell of smoke and mould from the non smoking floors upstairs. The 12th floor appeared dated and in need of some work. The age was showing. I was moved to the 11th floor the next day which was at a much higher level.

I had booked a weekend getaway for my parents to celebrate their wedding anniversary. I provided this information with my booking and requested in the booking to help make their stay memorable. My parents can’t stop raving about the delightful experience they had here. Every aspect from checkin till checkout was amazing. Their room was immaculate , food was expansive and delicious, facilities were amazing and the highlight were the staff that made them feel welcome.
