Graceland is fully equipped 3 bedroom home overlooking the Kanimbla Valley. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (each with queen size beds) and 2 bathrooms one with extra large bath. Open fireplace, gas heating, electric blankets, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 2 T.V.'s., DVD and extensive DVD collection.

Downstairs 1 very large bedroom with queen size bed and 2 single beds and billiard table. Also a 3rd bathroom.

Our stay was cosy - the view is jaw dropping and good access to exploring the mountains area, and loads of space. The property felt very lived in (my wife stated "I think someone lives here?') - wardrobe full of clothes, used shoes and slippers, and a toothbrush and shower caps in the bathroom. The kitchen was a little dirty and we were unsure if the sheets in our bed were clean, and the pillowcase was very stained. The TV didn't work properly for us either. A great mountain base, great views (10/10), and good value too, but a slightly odd experience for us.Ralph was an organised host and check in was very easy, easy to deal with for sure.

The property is beautiful, but for us it was really not clean. We found sticky kitchen floors, dirty sheets on the beds, dirty carpets, empty bottles in cupboard, etc. We think this is to blame on the cleaners, not the owner.Ralph was easy to contact and helpful.Everything else was as advertised - unbeatable views from the balcony, very convenient location, plenty of space and a cozy fireplace.

We had a very comfortable stay at Graceland. It is a homely rambling older building with a wonderful view. The kitchen is better equipped than my own and we found that this, plus the view and the comfy settee in front of an open fire ( and lets not forget the generous rates) meant that we were more than happy to lounge about and only go out when it was an essential errand.Thank you Ralph!

This is a cosy, well-established property in an idyllic Blue Mountains location. The views are stunning and the house is full of charm. The view is absolutely breathtaking—second to none! The house is warm, well-heated, and stocked with an impressive stash of board games and DVDs to enjoy by the cosy fireplace (wood supplied—no scavenging required!). The kitchen had everything we needed, and with three bathrooms, no one had to do the bathroom dance. Our adult kids and the dogs had a ball. With a beautiful station nearby, Sydney’s just a train ride away, and Blackheath and Katoomba have more than enough to tempt anyone in need of food, coffee, or a bit of retail therapy. We would definitely consider coming back.

An absolutely beautiful and serene place
