Set on six acres of beautifully fenced gardens, lovingly maintained by the owners, this tranquil property offers the ideal balance of relaxation, recreation, and comfort.

Inside, you’ll find generous living spaces designed for comfort and connection. The lounge room features a large lounge suite, open fireplace, L C D - T V, D V D player, V C R, stereo, and dining table. The rear sunroom offers a second welcoming space with a slow combustion wood fireplace, flued gas heater, and modular lounge — a perfect spot to unwind in warmth and comfort.

The refurbished kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, polished floors, and two dining suites — one for six guests and another for eight — ideal for shared meals and gatherings. A laundry with washer, dryer, and ironing facilities ensures all the conveniences of home.

Outdoors, enjoy the championship tennis court and beautiful gardens. An outdoor fire pit is available outside of bushfire season and on non-windy days only.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location on incredible land!

The property is magical. It is perfect for a group setting or small family. You can have an indoor fire which is great on cold misty mornings with a cup of tea and then a spot of tennis on the courts at midday. It is very central to a lot of walks in the mountains, a walking distance from the local town centre (15-20 min walk) and a 15 minute drive to Katoomba town centre. I would love to come back here.

A nicely appointed house that was warm, clean and comfortable. The welcome package on arrival was thoughtful, and the house is great for multiple families wanting their own space. The kids loved playing around on the tennis court and feeding the birds. I would book again and recommend it to friends and family.

Our 2 families had a fabulous long weekend at Finchely. We enjoyed both fireplaces, the well equipped kitchen and the plentiful games and books on offer. There was lots of space outside for kids to explore and play in.
