Your employee checking guests in was unpleasant. I had multiple baby cockroaches in my bathroom.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities

Overall stay was ok - would not return though. Room was pretty rough. Bathtub was really dirty and room could’ve used a deep clean. Pillow cases and linens were threadbare and had some holes. Breakfast was not really worth it and random. One day was eggs, beef taquitos and mozzarella sticks …? Coffee was watery. Pros - location was good for walking over to the Embarcadero. Staff was cordial if not overly helpful.
