The house itself is charming, featuring spacious and sunlit living and dining areas, as well as bedrooms and porches that showcase stunning views of the lake throughout the year. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms: a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two queen beds in the third bedroom, and four bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. This updated home comfortably accommodates up to 21 guests and is ideal for both leisure and business travel, as well as events. Additionally, there's a daybed with a trundle and two mobile beds downstairs for added convenience.

The 2-car garage has been transformed into an entertaining game room, equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table, WII, and TV. For culinary adventures, the outdoor propane gas grill and griddle await. We also provide two kayaks and life jackets for your enjoyment, and fishing is encouraged right in the backyard.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, and cutlery for your stay, along with a drip coffee maker, Mr. Coffee Espresso and Cappuccino Machine, and a Coffee Maker with Automatic Milk Frother. Inside, we've installed high-end Dyson air purifiers to ensure the air is 99.99% pure, free from any airborne pollen, bacteria, or viruses. Long-term guests are always welcome.

Feel free to bring your boat or jet ski and dock it at the boat slip. For your safety and peace of mind, there's an exterior security camera on the front patio, overseeing the parking area.

Situated in a gated community with captivating golf course and lake vistas, the property is just minutes away from Margaritaville. The private Country Club offers members access to three 9-hole golf courses, swimming pools, tennis courts, and exclusive dining and event facilities.

Please NOTE that we need to provide the names of all guests and visitors to the security gate. The HOA/security gate does not allow personal boats or trailers for guests into the community. If you are getting your own boat, you need to park your trailer in a marina close by offload the boat and drive it to our house. You can tie the boat to our boat slip. Many guests have used April Plaza Marina & Boat Rentals close by for parking and offloading boats.

If the number of guests exceeds 10, there will be an extra charge of $35 per guest per night, applicable to both visiting and staying guests

As this residence is situated by the lakeside, it's important to anticipate a significant presence of mosquitoes, bugs, and flies in the outdoor areas. To ensure a comfortable indoor environment, we kindly advise our guests to keep the doors closed at all times to prevent these insects from entering the house. Furthermore, during this warm summer season, keeping the doors closed will aid in maintaining a pleasantly cool atmosphere within the house.

Please note that swimming in the lake is not allowed, and life jackets must always be worn while kayaking. Children must always be supervised. By booking this property, you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming or using the kayaks, and you hold the owner harmless. You also agree to waive any claims against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the kayaks. All guests must read and acknowledge this waiver.

NOTE - A camera is positioned in front of the house, overlooking the parking lot, and another one is located at the rear of the house, with a view of the backyard & lake. Please note that these cameras are not actively monitored and are solely in place for your safety.

NOTE - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No loud music is allowed outside after 10 PM. Please be mindful of the many children walking and playing in the neighborhood. Drive slowly, adhere to speed limits, and exercise caution at all times.
