Felt like everything thing was an upsell to get your money. Management was more concerned with profiting from a loud wedding that played music late into night and at the crack of dawn.

Great stay with many positives. There were a lot of amenities and the room layout was amazing. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Unfortunately, there were also some frustrations . -The restaurant wasn't open even though a staff member directed us to it. We ended up going to the bar & grill. I didn't see an option for room service either. -We also opted to eat breakfast off-site because there was no information about where it was offered (other than just coffee and muffins at the cafe). -The shampoo offered in the room had a broken pump and the bottle couldn't be removed from the holder. So, it was really hard to wash my hair.

The resort is beautiful. Our room was too. We came when it was cold, so I was hoping for some quiet time, but music from the Bar and Grill you can hear all the way in the hotel. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The only heated pool with bar was closed for maintenance so they only had one hot tub available for the entire resort and it was tiny. We received notification to order “poolside” so we attempted and were told they weren’t able to do it so we had to leave the pool and go to a restaurant to get drinks. The ice machine on our floor was broken and didn’t have a sign. The shower was disgusting…mold everywhere on the tile and hard water clogging a lot of the outlets on the shower head so the water sprayed EVERYWHERE. The refrigerator was uneven so it wobbled every time you opened and closed it which caused everything to fall out when it opened. The food was extremely expensive and tasted like it came out of a package and was microwaved. It was extremely unfortunate and I would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND!

This place is made to make the maximum amount of money from you. I was so disappointed. We paid a lot during the off season (meaning no pools or outdoor activities) and still had to pay a resort fee. The ridiculous cost for a continental breakfast that most hotels do for free, and they didn’t offer juice or water. So basically three times what I’d pay for a one night stay dinner and breakfast. I was not impressed!!!

Looked outdated, food wasn’t good, stuff broken or not working in room, I got a lake view room but it was more like a front entrance view of valet, pool jacuzzi jets didn’t work. For it being a New Year’s Eve there was no festivity’s and just so plain and seemed that employees were more ready to get off than to serve.

So nice and professional. The only problem was I booked a handicap room, not knowing it. Nobody’s fault but my own I learned for the future it still was a beautiful room and we enjoyed our stay. It was just way too short.

First, we only stayed only one night of a reserved two-night stay. The only night we stayed it was quiet and the view out of our second floor ADA room was really nice. We never did inquire why they had an ADA room on the second floor so far away from the front door? The biggest complaint of two we had was that the bed was rock hard. Terrible would be bragging about it. We might as well be sleeping on the floor. The other issue was the bathroom sink. When you turned on the water in the sink it significantly splashed back onto oneself. Granted it was only water but if you were dressed up with maybe a silk tie that would be a problem. We were clothed rather simply so the back splash issue was not too bad. One weird thing is we only saw one other guest the one day we were there which gave the hotel an 'abandoned' feeling. No other guest(s) seen.
