I was surprised when I arrived and wasn’t offered any help by staff to carry items or get a bell cart, as a single mom with my 9 yr old son with me. There was an event going on so the hotel was packed and it took 3 elevators to get to our floor. The room was nice and clean, one of the best hotel beds I’ve stayed in. We did bring our own pillows. I was shocked there was no water in the room and the tap water wasn’t drinkable. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel with zero water. The morning of check out I tried using the text system to request valet, then when that didn’t work tried calling. After spending 10 minutes with no success we went down and the valet attendant told me that they turn off the text/ phone request system when they are busy because it’s too much for them. This was super frustrating being that I paid $39 a night to not have to wait for my car. Overall it was ok, not great.
