Late summer stay. 9th to 16th September, 2023.
A lovely holiday cottage. Very spacious in beautiful surroundings. The gardens were stunning. Our hosts, Gerry and Ann, could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. A car is definitely required for this location. Despite the description of an easy 6 minute walk to the nearby village of Killinick, we were actually very nervous to attempt this, due to the narrow winding lane, particularly at night. Although the lane was not always busy, those cars that did drive up and down the lane, travelled at speed. A gentle stroll to check out the local nearby pub, was something that we missed. Otherwise, a great location for everything else that Wexford had to offer.

Best Place !!!
First and foremost the hosts are Amazing !! The true form of Host. We were personally greeted ny the host (thank god not contactless-so sick of that) we weee shown around the house and they had homemade bread/ wonderful butter/ jam/ and smoked salmon in frog along with Irish whole Milk . The place felt like home and we never wanted to leave - we will return to stay longer as 2 days was not enough time To visit . Highly rec !! You won’t believe this place. Oh and the gardens are beautiful!!
