Awesome stay. Won't disappoint.

The Coachman's Inn was amazing. We called ahead to ask what the procedure was for checking in and what the parking was like and Lisa helped us right away and suggested we arrive early to get parking taken care of because it gets filled up quickly. Once I arrived she called me by name and knew it was me checking in. Lisa made our stay even more enjoyable and definitely took care of all our needs. The room was comfortable. DEFINITELY GET THE FAN going as there is no AC but opening Windows and using the fan. Bed is very comfortable. The Spa....what a great idea to give guests the key to the spa and let them have an entire hour to themselves. Their wine and cheese hour at 430pm everyday WAS AWESOME. Their breakfast allows you to get some wonderful food (we had the quiche) and not even leave the hotel. All food and wine and breakfast was included in the room price. Thank you for making our stay in Carmel very enjoyable. We will definitely come back.

This is a lovely hotel right in the heart of Carmel. We were able to walk to everything. We appreciated the complementary hot breakfast and evening wine/snacks. The staff were particularly helpful in answering our questions and making recommendations.

Beautiful boutique hotel

This is the second time I've stayed in this nice hotel in a great area in downtown Carmel. The only recommendation is to book through the hotel and ask for an upstairs room. There is footfall noise in the rooms on the bottom floor.

Perfect Carmel Retreat

I’ve been to Carmel many times. This property is my favorite I’ve stayed in. It’s close to Ocean Ave - about 2 blocks off, which is perfect for easy access and yet also quiet. The home made cookies at 4 were yummy! The wine and cheese hours and delicious breakfast was also a great addition.

Everyone was so friendly and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. They provided home baked chocolate cookies which was so delicious and also they served wines and cheese along with crackers for entire guests between 4:30 to 6:00pm. I thought was very thoughtful.

Lovely accommodations, I couldn’t stop commenting about the quality of the sheets and bedding, the breakfast was home made (and delicious!) and the offering of cookies as well as wine and cheese in the evening was a wonderful touch. Will stay here again!
