The front desk staff was super nice. The beds are horrible mattress thin, squeaky and the bedsheets were itchy and felt like sandpaper. The pillows again super thin. Housekeeping in the morning was super loud outside our room, and to top it off we try to sleep in and at 8:45 am they knocked super loud to clean the room when check out is not till 11:00 am. Will not return to this hotel.

I didn’t like all the add on fees and add on taxes to these fees. Resort fees w added taxes, excessive parking fee w added car occupancy tax. The list goes on and on. All the fees and taxes added over 30% to the bill. Ridiculous

We had a great stay at the Carmel Mission Inn! The property was very clean, spacious, and safe. It felt very new and renovated and had a cool vibe. It is one of the more affordable places we would find, but it felt like it was more luxurious than the price we paid, which was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

I was charge for 30 dollars per night parking fee because i booked my stay with travelocity which i think it is expensive expensive Other places are free. Will definitely would definitely not comeback Not so friendly staff in the concierge . Charging you with water inside the room and wifi sucks !!! For such an expensive place to stay we are very disappointed

Could’ve been 5 stars

Nice hotel with great location. Unfortunately the room next to us had loud and rowdy guests. I had to call front desk TWICE past midnight to request they speak to those obnoxious guests who were right next door. Basically had to use my airpods that night to block the noise. I would think they would have a better wolution to this issue given we were there on a weekday.
