The room was very clean and the staff were so humbled and supportive. Whatever we asked if them they delivered to us with a positive attitude. The same goes for the owner Tony. He was so generous in upgrading us a suite for the same price. Tony kept following up on how things were going with our stay whenever I see him walking around on the property. Which I thought was nice of him to check in.

Our stay happened to fall during Hurricane Melissa. Prior to the storm, the room was clean, and the towels and sheets were freshly changed. We understood that during a crisis things wouldn’t operate as usual, but by the following day a skeleton staff had returned to duty. It’s a small, family-run establishment that felt homely, and the staff were friendly and approachable throughout our stay.

This hotel's property is absolutely gorgeous. It gives Mediterranean vibes since it's built into a cliff on the water. The staff was super friendly. Very accommodating. The breakfast was perfect. A great way to start the day. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true jamaican experience.

My stay was okay overall, but I did have one major issue. I booked a room meant for three people, but the bathroom only had two bath towels and two hand towels — no washcloths at all. When I went to the front desk to ask for one, I was told that the type of room I booked doesn’t include washcloths. That honestly makes no sense to me. The room has a shower, so how is it that washcloths aren’t provided? What kind of room do I need to book just to get a basic item like that? Never again

Everything is perfect to be honest but they don't mention or try to advise the guest regarding the club behind the hotel with music every day until 4:00 am. It would have been perfect to inform in advance since it shouldn't be a surprise for the hotel and if they want to raise the level, some earplugs, jejeje

I found this hotel to be very beautiful. The location is gorgeous, overlooking the azure and glistening waters of the Caribbean sea. Housekeeping was on point and the staff at check-in were very helpful in getting us situated and answering our questions. I appreciated the free breakfast each morning, although the portion sizes were quite small. The only other thing that could've made my stay better would have been access to the beach, but the property does boast a pool and hottub.
