My stay at Casa Princess was too short. Ms. Powell was very nice. The property was quiet and well organized, not to mention very sanitary. Everything was fairly new. Maybe we'll book it next time.

The property manager ms Powell was so nice to work with. Property was clean and had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Property included ac, towels, tv, cookware, washer, WiFi, a quick drive to many beaches and sites of Ocho Rios. Will definitely use this property or other properties under this company.

The villa was great, with 2 washrooms, the beds were super hard and the pool was so far away. The main living area and kitchen was very hot. We weren't aware of purchasing our on toilet paper, garbage bags, limited towels, no dish washing liquid. It didn't state anywhere in the contract we were to purchase our own. It was very costly as it is for rental.

The villa was better in person than I was expecting. The place was clean and nicely put together. Ms. Flynn the manager was very pleasant and informative. The neighborhood was quiet and nicely put together nicely. I enjoy staying at the villa and definitely will stay there the next time i am in Jamaica.

This property is a gated property with 24 hour security, quiet neighborhood, pool and playground access, close to Ocho Rios town. Manager and owner are awesome. Great communication from both parties and property makes you feel like you are home. You will not be disappointed !

Ms Powell, did a fantastic job. After waiting a long time at the airport for us because of flight delays (she picked us up) she smiled and greeted us. She drove us to a restaurant and then stopped at the grocery store so we could pick up some basic essentials. She told us she is not the one who does the airport transfers but since she is filling in she will make the stops. I can tell she is just a genuine nice lady. She share some knowledge of the area and attractions and checked on us the morning after we arrived. The villa was super clean, modern and had all the amenities we are accustomed to at home. We recommend this villa.

I really liked the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. They communicated everything about the trip in a disclosure they sent on contacting us. It made my stay very relaxing and comfortable knowing what to expect. The area is quiet and peaceful, safe and is a gated community. Thanks guys for a warm peaceful weekend. The service and facilities is excellente! Simone is soooo friendly, she made it feel like home! I row on a team and I was missing training to go on family vacation. Simone setup the gym access and personally took me to the community gym and ensure I was satisfied with the equipment. This is just hands down good service. Very impressive and highly recommended.

This villa has an amazing from yard, just looking at it made me want to go outside and roll in the lawn. I drought out the inner kid. Isnt that what a vacation is suppose to be about? My kids enjoyed the outdoor on the property, the pool and the kids play area and we visited a small public beach close to the property off the beating path.

World Class Customer Service

Very nice villa with plenty yard space and a nice front lawn. My little one put a toy in the toilet and cause hell on earth. Ms Powell came within 20 minutes of use calling and she called the plumber. They have to take the toilet off and it took the plumber 45 minutes with the camera for get the toy out. I felt so back I offered to pay and I was sure they would take the money but they did not. They would not even allow me to help cleanup. I use to thing my country does not offer customer service and Ms Powell surely changed that. I highly recommend booking with Ms Powell.

Comfortable and enjoyable weekend stay

We enjoyed our second experience here. This was the second home we've stayed in. We all love having our own rooms and bathrooms (very practical when you are 5 people). The house is comfortable and neighbourhood is quiet and close to town.
