The receptionist was WONDERFUL! 5 of 5 stars. The hotel itself was a nightmare-Not her fault! I reiterate, she was wonderful! It took four tries to get the room key to work. Sketchy folks hanging around the parking lot. The hallways gave horror movie vibes. We did not sleep there. It was way too sketchy.

Very musty smelling everywhere. Paint chipping and old carpet throughout. The area near handicapped parking looked like a dumping ground and we regretted taking my service dog out to relieve himself when we saw what all was out there in the daylight.

The buildings hallway to get to my room smelled like mildew and carpet looked dirty and old. Inside the room was cleaned, however the beds mattress was stained and it looked old. We had to sleep on top of the covers. The pillows were stained as well. The rug looked old and dirty as well. It had a funny smell though. I would not stay there again. Very disappointed!

First impressions were good. The check in area looks very good! But when we went to the room, the carpets in the hallway were very dirty and the walls look beat up. The room had been redone so it looked pretty good. The bathtub faucet didn’t want to switch to shower mode but otherwise the room was good! The continental breakfast left a little to be desired but luckily there is a McDonalds next door. We will not be staying there again!

Old hotel

Room was clean , was told to use one door that did not work D and told to use another door B that did work. Light flickered in the bathroom reported it for later maintance . A/c filters were full of dust bunnies . Pool looked like it was never in service for years. Shower was a wierd operation hand to pull water temp mix knob out . Bit not to far out other wise it was like a monsoon. Tons of air and um and water coming out of the tub. Area. So only pull knob 1/4 way out .

The rooms were old and outdated. The tub did not properly divert water to the shower, so the shower did not work. All of the surfaces were unkept and very worn. No free outlet at the nightstand. Hard floors on the second floor. Only way to get the the second floor is by using the stairs. Breakfast is a hard pass. Look at the pictures of the lobby counter: If you think the worn and beaten-up look of the lobby counter is bad, just wait until you see the rooms — they're even worse.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. The beds were quite comfortable, and we had the typical TV channels. Only primary issue was I could not use he shower. The plunger that you pull up on the bottom dispenser did not work, so water did not come out of the shower head. I took a bath instead, but the water was also not too warm. Aside from that obvious issue, the stay was fine.

This used to be a pretty nice property, however it has since gone downhill. Carpet is filthy in the hallway, bathrooms need improvement, and breakfast could definitely use an upgrade. Waffle batter is thin, and watery, not much of a selection. This was very disappointing.
