There was no heat in the room and was very cold, dirty, they keep $100 off your card for up to 14 days, that’s tough when you are traveling on a shoestring and it’s not mentioned ahead of time.

The room was awful. Could not sleep slapping window screen all night long, dirty nasty stained tub toilet would not flush. No breakfast for me at 8 am nothing left no juice no coffee no donut no bagel nothing. Went outside got locked out key would not work went to many doors some with no handle welded shut. Hallway carpet very very very dirty walls dirty. I felt like i needed a shower to get the nasty off me. Pillows flat and hard. Bed was a hard old spring bed. Younger lady at front desk in morning was a prude i said good morning she looked at me like i had 5 eyes turned around walked away and said nothing. Night desk clerk extremely nice only good thing about the whole entire place.

The whole hotel was very dirty, infested with cockroach, the carpet on the hallway was extremely nasty, the tub was clogging. Will never go back and recommend.

The receptionist was WONDERFUL! 5 of 5 stars. The hotel itself was a nightmare-Not her fault! I reiterate, she was wonderful! It took four tries to get the room key to work. Sketchy folks hanging around the parking lot. The hallways gave horror movie vibes. We did not sleep there. It was way too sketchy.

Very musty smelling everywhere. Paint chipping and old carpet throughout. The area near handicapped parking looked like a dumping ground and we regretted taking my service dog out to relieve himself when we saw what all was out there in the daylight.

The buildings hallway to get to my room smelled like mildew and carpet looked dirty and old. Inside the room was cleaned, however the beds mattress was stained and it looked old. We had to sleep on top of the covers. The pillows were stained as well. The rug looked old and dirty as well. It had a funny smell though. I would not stay there again. Very disappointed!

First impressions were good. The check in area looks very good! But when we went to the room, the carpets in the hallway were very dirty and the walls look beat up. The room had been redone so it looked pretty good. The bathtub faucet didn’t want to switch to shower mode but otherwise the room was good! The continental breakfast left a little to be desired but luckily there is a McDonalds next door. We will not be staying there again!
