The breakfast room was very busy, needed restocking of hot water, coffee, milk. Trash in breakfast room was overflowing, wasn’t emptied all day. The inn was full so pre check ins weren’t done due to lack of staff. It held up the check in line as the pre check ins weren’t done and were forced to check in manually as guests waited in a backed up line. Housekeeping was quick, efficient and helpful.

Make sure room is dog friendly

We booked a room here because it said it was dog friendly. When we got to the hotel the lady at the lobby desk told us that the king room we booked wasn’t dog friendly only the 2 bed queen rooms were. We asked to please change the room and we would pay the difference in price. The lady told us that the room couldn’t be changed and that we would have to contact hotels.com. We called hotels.com customer service and they said since we picked “pay at the property” option that they couldn’t do anything about it. Both parties are pointing fingers at each other and after about an hour we were advised to email the hotel manager to try to fix this issue. The hotel manager never emailed us back and we ended up having to book a second room just so we had somewhere to sleep that night with our dog. To make matters worse the new room we booked didn’t have a key because the key making machine was broken so the lady at the front desk had to let us into the room every time we left. Plus we couldn’t enter the back of the hotel where our car was parked because we didn’t have a key for the hotel hallway door. We still haven’t heard back from the manager or anyone from hotels.com and we never got a refund from the first room we booked.

We had a 1 night stay at the Baymont. It was a great experience ( clean room, nice staff and a good breakfast) An additional plus is that there's a very good Indian restaurant right nextdoor.

Very minimal. No carpets. Furniture a tad worn. Breakfast minimal with protein limited to sugary yogurt. No raisin bran despite the sign. Lots of pot smoking on the patios so a little stinky. It was a clean bed with clean sheets.

Tv volume

Everything was perfect except the tv issue. Whenever we turn on the tv, the volume blasts at 100%. It can be heard down the hall disturbing everyone. This is the second time we had room #120 and the issue had still not been fixed.
