Right in the airport. Convenient location. Staff attitude poor at check in. Told me things that are straight out lies about my bookings. Promised to do things (twice) that they never followed through. Room nice. One stupid design. The handle on the sink is POLISHED chrome with NO handle!?! Nice try in modernity but pure idiocy. Once your hand is wet from washing, you cannot turn off water because it’s slippery. Always have to use a dry towel on the handle to shut off water. If management even had tried to wash their hand once they’d not have installed that stupid sink.

The room was smoked in. The bath robes had holes in them the size of apples. The staff were unhelpful and lied on multiple issues. The management lied to my face as well not knowing that I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member. All in all I would avoid this particular location until they replace the management. Really disappointed since I’ve stayed at some wonderful Hilton properties.

Taking into account the premium price of the Hotel, the service in the restaurant and bar was highly disappointing. Staff appeared rude and unfocused, and the overall execution of service was unacceptably slow.

Comfortable stay. Convenient location.

We only stayed here one night before flying out of Frankfurt the next day. The room and bed were both comfortable and the bathroom surprisingly big. There’s a market inside the airport and within walking distance of the hotel that made it easy for us to grab some food for the evening. There is also a fitness center/gym in the airport just outside the hotel. They offer a day pass which my boyfriend loved and made him love the Hilton’s location even more. Getting to our terminal the next day was very easy. We would definitely stay here again, if ever flying in/out of Frankfurt.
