Absolute gem of a resort. Have a family of 6 not wanting to leave. The pool is amazing, the fish and gardens around the resort are gorgeous and very entertaining for our fish loving boys. The beach and ocean are great. The only different thing I didn’t love at first was that there is no main big buffet, but after a couple days we learned our way around the menu for the kids and then we didn’t miss it at all. Most meals we got were made to order, hot and fresh. Breakfast waffles, French toast, and burritos were so good. All of the staff was OUTSTANDING, so pleasant and fun. We really hope to come back!! Thank you for an amazing trip

This resort was a great value for an all-inclusive. Our one-bedroom suite was roomy and comfortable, the pool area was nice, and we never had trouble finding good food at the restaurants. The crepe station was delicious and a favorite stop for us. Would definitely consider staying again

The staff is extremely hard working and mindful. They all make sure that guests are happy, well fed and entertained. The property is kept clean and well maintained. They only have two restaurants but both have plenty of choices for every meal.

We travelled as a couple but I think it would be best suited for families. We would probably go back again and bring the grandkids! I liked the private beach. Long enough for good walks but nobody bothering you.

The staff, the property, the rooms were amazing. Special mention for pool waiter “Roger” ,( Rogelio), who was always smiling and happy to be of service. Special mention also of Ivan, the desk clerk, Jose the bellman as well as the rest of the bellman and staff. Housekeeping, groundskeeping staff all worked hard to maintain the beautiful property. We had an enjoyable, safe and fun vacation with 4 generations in our family. The staff at Andrea’s went above and beyond to help us mark the special occasion of four generations and my granddaughter’s birthday. The nightly shows were a plus as well and we enjoyed them immensely.

Had an exceptional experience. This was our most relaxing vacation to date. Kids club was excellent with a whole day of scheduled activities- tennis lessons, arts and crafts, movies with popcorn, Disney inspired daily performances, board games, video games. The teachers made all kids feel included. All hotel staff was so kind and just seemed happy to work here. No birds or bugs to bother you because of the resident hawk on property. The adult schedule included beach volleyball, water aerobics, ping pong, yoga. We even played tennis and tried pickleball. Nightly performances in the evening- casino and karaoke, dance performances, mime show, acrobatics show. All female Mariachi band nightly at dinner. Shout out to our man Alberto who made our daily breakfast a lovely experience. We had an amazing time and will be back!

This is a nice property in a great location, with friendly and helpful staff. The resort is very clean, the pools are large, and while the beach is rocky, the pools are a great place to spend the day. There are only two restaurants, but the menus rotate daily with different themes (Italian, Mexican, Asian, etc.), and the quality was better than most all-inclusives. The Marina location is also a plus, with plenty of walkable restaurants and bars if you prefer dining off-property. Room choice matters a lot here. Do not book a Studio—upgrade to a one-bedroom Suite. The difference is significant: nearly twice the size, plus a balcony and a view. The Studio is okay size, but it feels claustrophobic since the only window faces an interior hallway with constant foot traffic. I would not recommend this property for couples, especially during peak periods. I visited between Christmas and New Year’s, and the hotel was nearly full, with many multi-generation families and young children (babies and toddlers). The gym was often overcrowded, and it was difficult to find shaded pool loungers. It’s a great option for families with kids, but it didn’t feel well-suited for a couples’ getaway. I’d also skip the spa—it’s fine, but extremely overpriced for what you get.
