I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton Miramar and had a fantastic experience. Checking in and out was seamless, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The location is another big plus; it's in an area I’ve grown to love, making it convenient and enjoyable for my needs. The hotel is conveniently located near good restaurants and mayor roads. It seems pretty new and everything was clean. The AC in my room was very noisy. The room cleaning is every other day. The room service came at 10AM and I was still in the room, so I asked the lady to come back in 1 hour. I left the room at 11AM, when I came back late at night, the room was not done and I had no fresh towels. Had to go to the main desk and ask for towels. The check in was OK, but when I went to check out there was no one and had to wait for about 10 minutes, when the person came, then the check out was OK.
