Brand new property still has new car smell. Was in town for Bruno Mars concert and location was awesome. Next to police station so felt safe. Rooms are like a mini condo very spacious and loved the open industrial interion design. Rooftop has amazing view even though its still under construction. Nice gym equipment and pickle ball court. Staff was super nice and they provide free breakfast and snacks. Would definitely return to stay here as it met our needs as in location, cleaniness , and affordability.

The room started off nice for the first night... After that is when all hell broke loose... We were awaken at 3am to move out of unit into another due to feces and urine coming from the unit above us... We moved at 3:00 only to br moved to a unit without the air working .. We inform them that also... As per their statement we can only give you a refund of 30% of your total... I knew they could not be serious when we really was comfortable one night.. out of 4.... unacceptable. Do not recommend

I usually stay at high end boutique hotels, so I ended up here only because I needed a place for an unexpected layover. The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point. What really set this place apart was the service. Maya at the front desk and the gentleman at the door were exceptional. They treated me like a friend, gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to go during my delay, and made the whole stay feel genuinely personal. I’ve stayed at far more expensive hotels and still never had customer service this thoughtful. They even upgraded me to a room with laundry so I could wash my airport clothes. If you’re in town, stay here.

This hotel stay is a 10 of 10!! Brand new hotel in a repurposed school building from the 1930s! Open floor exposed concrete concept with beautiful new appliances. Near the Minneapolis convention center this is ideally located in downtown Minneapolis. The room size for price including full kitchen is a bargain! Definitely worth the stay!!
