My complaints would be that the entire property smelled like weed….the room was spacious BUT smelled like OLD and mildewy……curtains had stains all over and were half hung up. The closet doors didn’t have knobs, only had SCREWS POPPING out…..

It was dirty, broken tiles, trim & stuff in the bathroom & room itself, leaky faucets. Room never got cleaned in the 3 days I was there. Extra parking fee that wasn't listed when I made my reservation. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone & I will not stay there in future trips to the cities. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my 45 years of life.

When you enter cleaning chemicals so strong you wonder what they are covering up… so strong Room, broken bathroom handle you could not get out of bathroom someone had to open from outside. Handle in front of window pulled up, nicks in all furniture and every wall need painting and had chunks out of them. If I would of known I pull of payed more for a better hotel

This property was very dirty. Being stuck overnight I picked somewhere close to airport with my two young children. There was nowhere close for dinner so that was an uber ride. The actual room was very dirty and towels were also dirty and thin. Neighbors were loud and loved from room to room throughout the night. I will never return and felt very uncomfortable here.

Booked through travel website...they didn't pay the full bill so I paid difference and told them I would take up the matter with travel website .. bc hey it's not the hotel's fault it wasnt paid in full. Now travel co is refusing to refund me because the hotel is denying they charged my personal acct for part of the stay plus parking. I have the bill in my hand so why is the hotel lying?

Didn't like the hidden $10 parking fee. Breakfast is nothing special; cereals, muffins, yogurt, and waffels. Took over 20 minutes before someone showed at front desk to get checked in. Dirty towel and toilet in bathroom.

Night staff horrible

Angie was great with earlier check out. Sarah was rude when checking in. Noticed she was rude woth all guest she was in contact with. Older white woman was smoking on side of building outside under balcony which caused the rooms to have the faint smell of smoke on that side.

It reeked of bleach. And marijuana, people vaping in halls. My eyes were burning and smell nauseating. The front desk clerk said i could cancel with out penalty. Obvious she didn't as i was billed. I cancelled Friday stay before 4:30 after spending 30 min on email and ended up on hold calling the hotel. I was told there would be no penalty. Guess what? I was billed! Never again will i book with Expedia. They need to vet the properties they advertise. I would have felt very unsafe there. Please credit my charges as the hotel had promised.

sink was broken, still worked however harder to turn on as it wasn’t actually attached to the sink. burnt out light. and our room wasn’t cleaned once, even when we notified them and asked for new towels and our room to be cleaned it was untouched. do not disturb sign was never on the door, still not cleaned
