Booked 2 rooms, one with 2 beds and 1 with a bed and a pullout! Ended up with 2 rooms with 1 bed and a pullout on opposite ends of the property! They said they didn't realize that the rooms were nooked together and had filled up the rooms in between!

Not comfortable for non smokers with kids. At the entrance of the hotel, u could smell cigarettes and the hallway.. It took over 6 mins to get the customer service to get to the service desk to check in guests.

Honestly, it was one of the better stays I've had in many years. It was comfortable. It was more than spacious and beyond affordable so I absolutely loved it and would be happy to stay there again

The Front Desk staff - a wonderful gal - was friendly and very kind... she got me down the 101 hallway where it was quiet so I appreciated that. Room and hallway cleanliness needs attention. I like the vinyl floor in my room. I didn't like the parking charge for open lot parking; that should be included in the room; especially in light the whole lot was not plowed after the snow last week and I barely made it out to the plowed street. Hotel smelled like weed which I did not like at all. I had hoped for a little more than yogurt or basic waffle for breakfast.

The whole hotel smelt like cigarettes and the breakfast was so limited its not worht $70 . They took a 50 dollar deposit and put us in a room with bathroom damage and stains on the couch and smelling like smoke so I informed them. But they never fully refunded the charge even though I didn't cause any damages or anything that would justify charging $21.80 of the $50. I would like a refund of the 21.80 because they hotel smelt horrid of smoke and we were only in the room to sleep at night otherwise we were out at the mall of America all Friday.

Smell of marijuana use was strong in elevator and in our room in the 3rd floor. Extremely slow service to check in made me wonder if that was the source of the smell. Redeemed by excellent service the next morning.

The pictures of the property definitely make it seem like the hotel is updated. There are updated fixtures in the hotel, but it's still an old hotel. There was a terrible weed/cleaning solution smell all throughout the 2nd floor and in the elevator. The double room consists of 2 full sized beds. The paneling on the bathroom door was peeling off. Breakfast was very minimal. It worked for a quick 1 night stay, but I would not stay here again.
