**We charge a flat $100 pet fee, regardless of the length of stay or number of pets.**

The Space:
The Cooper House is a fully furnished single-family residence with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 7 guests in comfort. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with new mattresses, quality bedding, ample outlets for device charging, and storage options like closets and drawers. Bedroom 1, situated on the main level, offers a luxurious king-size bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3, located upstairs, feature a cozy queen-size bed and a comfortable full-size bed. Although Bedrooms 2 and 3 are separated by a door, please note that to access Bedroom 3, you'll pass through Bedroom 2. However, two out of the three bedrooms have their own individual doors, ensuring privacy and a peaceful night's sleep. For your convenience, blackout curtains or shades are provided for added comfort.

The well-appointed kitchen is at your disposal for preparing your favorite home-cooked meals. Alternatively, make use of the dining room, which accommodates 6 guests and is perfect for ordering from the array of local dining options. The refrigerator provides ice and filtered water, and we supply coffee, tea, and essential kitchen basics.

A really great house in a lovely, safe, quiet, tree-lined, walkable neighborhood. Very close to everything (13 min from airport). Comfortable furniture, clean, everything was in good condition. And Alex was a great host - flexible with check in / check out and quick to communicate. Also, there are now blackout curtains in every room and a portable AC unit upstairs. Couldn't have been better.

Cute place in adorable neighborhood!

Enjoyed our stay in this Longfellow neighborhood home! Two adults and two dogs - nice fenced yard, tons of walking along tree-lined streets, and centrally located to just about everything! Fridge water and ice maker didn’t work - and no hand towels was a bit odd. Beds were comfy - definitely needed portable AC unit and fans upstairs! Stairs are steep and can hear what’s happening in living room from upstairs bedroom. Loved the location and neighborhood!! Family-friendly, including your fur kids!

Nice house

We spent a Mon-Fri visit to this house in between weekend dog sport events in the area. I visited with my two dogs and a friend was with me for part of the visit. We kept pretty busy so didn't spend a ton of time chilling at the house, but it was a great place to land and we did have a game-night night lol.The neighborhood was adorable. The backyard was lovely and well landscaped, the dogs really enjoyed the fenced in yard (it was too hot to enjoy spending much time out there for most of our trip and then had a stormy day but it would be a great place to chill if weather cooperated better).We had an issue w/ the back door and the owner was super responsive and we were able to get it figured out. The only thing that i would have changed would be to add blackout curtains to the downstairs bedroom. On a sunny morning it was well lit by like 6:45am and bright by 7am ... which wasn't my favorite thing since I'm a bit of a night owl.If we end up back in the area, I'd definitely come back!

We stayed for 3 nights & this was the perfect location, & accommodations for our trip. We brought our dog to be seen at the U of M vet hospital, the house was within a 10min drive & everywhere else we needed to go was conveniently located! House was very cute & served its purpose well, having a fenced backyard was such a bonus with our dog. Alex, the host was very quick to respond to any questions or inquiries. This would be a great place to stay for group bookings in the future & would definitely be back!

Perfect place for a guys getaway. Close to several things, and close to the stadium. Clean, quiet area, easy to check in, comfy beds, and plenty of space for 4 guys there to go to a vikings game. Definitely would stay there again.

The owner of the property was extremely responsive and helpful. The house rules were communicated early on and there were no weird surprises or big asks. The house was very clean, there were plenty of towels and blankets etc provided. The back yard was really lovely for a relaxing morning sit. We were working at an event over the weekend and it was so lovely to just have a relaxing, private, chill home base to work out of. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat a million frozen pizzas. Thanks again, Alex!
