So the hotel is very nice but when we arrived there was an added $25.00 parking fee that was not advertised in the price sure maybe in the small print somewhere on you site but I did not see it at all very deceptive. The breakfast I give a letter grade of C as they eggs tasted terrible and were mostly water and the sausage was very cold. The front desk person seemed to be annoyed that we asked about the $25 dollar parking but he said ya we get that alot ? OK hmmm...anyway there ya go

The hotel was fine, pretty nice, actually. I just think it’s overrated. Not a “wonderful” 9.4 star establishment. Bad breakfast. The only items that looked good were the waffles and the fresh oranges. Eggs looked too spongy and sausages didn’t appeal (but i don’t usually eat them anyway). I didn’t trust the juices because the machine said they had “added ingredients” -would have been nice to know what they were. Muffins were dry and tasteless. Our room was nice-enough open shelving for us to put our belongings for a weeklong stay but bathroom had no fan and lotion isn’t provided. Also there may have been a towel shortage because each time our room was serviced, we ended up with one less bath towel. Towels were kind of abrasive, but I sort of like that. Pocket door to the bathroom was kind of a hassle to use. I also thought the push button on top of the toilet tank was kind of hard to flush. I prefer the old lever style. The gym was very good compared to many hotels. All LifeFitness brand equipment and a water cooler and wet wipes are provided. Space to use a good sized set of dumbbells and kettle bells. I thought there was going to be a hotel pool, but we had to share the one with the attached Hampton Inn. It’s too small. I could push off one wall and glide to the other side without doing any strokes. At least the water temperature of the pool and hot tub felt nice and warm.

The room was great although it was not the room I booked and was unable to get 2 queens bed. It turned out ok as we didnt have all our group stay together. Front desk, Cynthia could have been a bit nicer
