Front desk lady CECI was extremely rude and had an attitude towards my daughter. Fourth floor was under construction and dirty, which is the floor we were on. Bathroom faucet was leaking, carpet dirty. However, the young front desk attendant (morning) was very helpful.

Was not told about hotel renovations. Our room had no baseboards and plaster was crumbling all over the carpet. Room smelled like it had t been used in months..very musty. Sheets smelled that way as well.

very near the Metro green line station and in the heart of dinky town adjacent to Uof Minn east campus. very busy with state fair visitors and new students preparing of the start of the school year. Avoid the Caspian Bistro across the street.
