Almost Perdext

Mom weekend away alone! Bar in hotel. Great location. Love the window seat / chaise. No carpet is awesome. However with the wood (laminate?) floors you hear every roll of the office above you or what sounds like kids playing hot wheels. The walls also seem rather thin. I’d stay again but take earplugs.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was nice. However they were understaffed. I asked for my phone in the room to be fixed 3 different times, it was never fixed. I was there for a week. I also had to wait on face towel to be washed. Not acceptable

The room is fantastic. It's spacious and well-designed the bathroom is well lit and the layout is excellent. So why only two stars? They have serious communication issues. Housekeeping tried to put full size sheet on a king bed. How do you not stop and get a supervisor to get you the right sheets? So we called down and asked for a top sheet until it could be dealt with in the morning. They brought up 4 pillowcases?! When they came in the morning they changed the sheets, but left the dirty towels on the floor as of 4 pm. What?! They couldn't change the channel at the bar because they locked up the remote. On the text line, no one knew how to turn off the lights under the bed. FYI, it's next to the light on the nightstand. The room is great and the location excellent, however there is a homeless shelter across the way. The low price is because of the lack of service.
