Convenient location

I chose this hotel because it is close to the university and has free parking. The room could use updating but was okay - the bed was comfortable enough and I was only there for one night. Breakfast was well stocked but not very good. Staff were helpful and efficient

The carpet in the room was sticky and damp. The chair in the room was stained. Not sure what was in it. We asked for our room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned. The bed had a valley in it. The bed was clean however.

The carpets were very smelly. The room cleaning was not done daily. The cleaners would ask if i required anything but bot carry out the daily cleaning or sorting of the room The fire Alarm would have alarmed on at least two occasions necessitating an evacuation. Both occasions itnwas bot comunicted to be a real event or a false alarm. I confirmed by calling front desk

Overall good but needs a update soon

Front staff was very friendly and let me check in a little earlier than my time. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, only hot things was pancakes and eggs but not bad for a quick breakfast. Room can definitely use an upgrade. Tv is older and not clear channels. Carpets could be changed too. Bathroom is small and can use update. Water pressure and temperature was good. Overall I wouldn’t mind staying here again if it’s for a short trip- right across the street from the train station which made going to Target Field very convenient.

This was the honestly the worst stay at a Wyndham property my family has ever experienced. Bad about the room - wet squishy floors, thick moisture with little to no AC relief, clogged sink, inoperable deadbolt, toilet would not flush adequately. Bad about the service - no towels and not replenished the next day, door left open by staff when we were away leaving our personal property available to the world to steal, complained to front desk staff and reaction was nonchalant and nothing offered for compensation or even an apology. Additionally the fire alarm went off and continued for multiple hours there was a domestic abuse fight in the parking lot and the property felt very unsafe. This is so unfortunate as my daughter starts her college career at UOM this fall and my family was planning on making this our go to stay location for visits.
