This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was extremely dirty — we found a l condom, fridge smelled like a dead body, and the bidet was filthy. What makes it worse is that this wasn’t our first issue here. On our first visit, we were given a used room with towels on the floor and fast-food trash left on the table. We thought we’d give the hotel another chance, but clearly that was a mistake. The employees were not very helpful. The most they could offer was to transfer us to another room, which doesn’t solve the bigger problem of cleanliness and hygiene. This place seriously needs better cleaning standards and management oversight. I would not recommend staying here.

The inside of the hotel and the rooms look better than the outside. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. However room service was a mess. I scanned the QR code on the TV and ordered room service within the timeline stated online. The food never came and when I called they said the craft room has stopped serving. It would be nice for the online reservation timeline to align with the actual time food is available.
