Comparing to a number of other recent hotel experiences, this hotel did not wow us. Arrived to a self service reception area which was confusing. The hotel staff was not overly welcoming or helpful. It was a maze trying to find our room, too many corridors and stairs. We only received one towel in the room when we had booked for two guests. We would not rush back.
