Our room was not clean. Our shower had long hairs all over the wall. We had no remote for the TV. The floor had a very large sticky area that we managed to clean with Lysol wipes we brought from home. The lamp did not have a light bulb so we couldn’t turn it on. We only stayed 1 night and left.

1. This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Jessica and the young lady that checked us in after 5pm at the front desk was excellent as the year before. 2. Jessica remembered us and she made sure that one of our family members resevation was cancelled by 4pm. 3. This hotel is in a perfect location around stores, food,..etc and the room had some updates. The breakfast was decent and cleanest. 4. But 2025 was not the year for this property we can deal with remodeling and improvements, but not the materials at the front of the hotel and inside. 5. The shower wall was coming away from the wall both ends. 6. The toilet seat rocked and set sideways, but they had maintenance come in and tighten the loose seat, but still loosened 7. We had to ask for the bathroom to be re-cleaned. 8. The internet was slow connection and the TV worked when it wanted too. 9. We discovered a bed bug, but if there is one there will be a million. Causi g us to depart earlier than we wanted 10. The property manager Neal or Neil was only willing to offer a 56 refund for the 1st set of the issues and with the bed bug he offered a night stay, we never got to speak with him as promised. 11. We recommended family members and friends to stay there and they had issues with the bathrooms and TV's. 12. Since this is the only one that was decently starred in the area

Everything was great except for tv and could not get any netflix etc and the desk is has mo control on app it gives you a numbet to call which is there direct number at desk but they have no control ir kmowledge of what you can and no written instructions in room ver dissatisfied

We came into town for a funeral and were only staying one night. We checked in at 6 and maybe 5 minutes later left for dinner. When we got back around 9 we looked around and noticed the room was disgusting. The toilet paper on the holder had what I can assume was human fecal matter smeared on the side. The bed side table had a giant booger crusted to it. There was food behind the night stand that had attracted roaches. The floors were sticky and could obviously tell they had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk and complained that man was very rude said we waited to long to complain since technically we checked in at 6 so had the room for several hours. I contacted Expedia and they called the front desk. Expedia was told that we were offered a different room and we declined (LIE) we were not offered a room when we went to complain. Once we packed our bags and were checking out he then offered us a different room but by this time I was so fed up and unsatisfied that I declined the offer and we left.

Our GPS had us driving the back roads and we needed to stop for the night. We found this hotel in this small town. This hotel was okay and served its purpose. The breakfast was good. I had waffles and eggs. The scrabbled eggs were soft, which was a nice change from other hotel hard, dry, and overcooked eggs. The waffles were delicious. I liked they had flavored creamer for my coffee. The front desk lady was not friendly when we checked in. A friendly cat followed me into the hotel. The front desk lady said it was the manager's cat, but she hadn't seen it in awhile. She then guided the cat back outside. I didn't particularly like that because it was really cold outside. It appears they were trying to upgrade because there were pallets of microwaves and other items in the lobby area. However, I can only comment on what I experienced. The carpets were old. The mattresses were okay. The toilet seat was loose and kept sliding. There was brownish mold around the edges of the shower. There was pink mold in the groves of the shower tile. The water from the bathroom sink smelled like sewage at times (not all of the time). The water pressure in the shower was weak. There were shampoo, conditioner, and lotion pumps in the shower. I thought the lotion in the shower was odd. I think it should be shower gel or body wash. The microwave was gross.
