The hotel was amazing! Clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. The sweet front desk lady spent 45 min on the phone when I had an issue with my booking because Expedia messed it up and would not release payment. I highly recommend the hotel, Expedia not so much!

Such kind staff members at the front desk. We are moving and were exhausted and check in was smooth and hospitable. Breakfast was great. Everyone loved the pancake machine. Our rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. The TV in one of our rooms didn't work, but our kids were fine to watch in their room.

Staff was concerned my sugar was low since Im diabetic and offered to buy me an uncrustable to eat right away. Didnt take advantage of breakfast. But wished you would lose the pancake maxhine, too long of a wait, seldom works and I bet people love waffles, since most places have waffles.

Bathroom was not 100% clean, and there was a noise coming from the bathroom, sounded like water dripping on something but loader. Front desk said they were aware, just needed to have someone check it out. Very strange, they were aware but have not had it checked yet.

I absolutely loved everything about this place! I stayed one night on January 2, 2026 as a solo female traveler and felt completely safe the entire time, from the surrounding area and parking lot to every space inside the hotel. I checked in around 7:00 PM and was greeted by friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel was spotless, truly clean from top to bottom. My room and all common areas were exceptionally well maintained. Breakfast the next morning was enjoyable, and I really appreciated the variety of seating options in the lobby. It felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Despite being conveniently close to I-75, the hotel is just far enough away that there was no freeway noise at all overnight. There are plenty of food options nearby. There was even a food truck in the parking lot, though I had already picked something up from the Publix across the street. The checkout staff in the morning was just as friendly as the evening team. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would absolutely stay here again. This is a must-stay when visiting Macon.

Check-in was generally fine, but I did have to remind the front desk staff to provide the complimentary water gift bag that was given to the guest ahead of me without prompting. It would have been appreciated if this had been offered consistently to all guests.
