Expedia did not provide my credit card to the hotel. The hotel notified me that they needed one to hold my reservation. After calling and consulting Expedia app, I saw that I’d pay on site. Other than this concern, all was fine.

Properties what I expected as advertised, clean, inviting, streamline exactly what we were looking for. Don't know whether this is standard service however walking into the room the TV was on and the thermostat was set on 79°must be southern hospitality., only complaint there was no body wash in the container.

What do you mean no CBS?

The staff was lovely and our room was very nice, but your TV did not have CBS so we could not watch the Chiefs game and we were not happy. CBS, NBC and ABC should be standard.

Noisy, could hear everything above you. People walking, talking. Breakfast sandwiches were hard and nasty. No coffee cup lids or sleeves. property itself was nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The area between the floors the ceilings is a major problem.

The hotel is relatively new. We stayed for two nights, and everything was good. They didn’t do housekeeping, though, but we didn’t ask for it when we noticed the room wasn’t clean.

Great place to stay

I enjoyed my stay! It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Someone was playing loud music and they helped them turn it down so we could sleep. Planning to stay again and recommended it to an associate.

Wish I could give a better review

No hot water in the shower. Handle on sink was loose. Shower doors opened while showering. Bathroom door closes on its own. Poor workman the bathroom.

The front desk ladies always make our stay great! My 2 year old accidentally locked his “lovey” in our safe and quickly they came up to help. We stay here often on our way to and from FL and we love it!
