Sasha went above and beyond when we needed to adjust our stay. She was so very polite and considerate. She should be commended for her excellent customer service skills and representation of Best Western. The breakfast staff were both very accomodating and personable. The maintenance gentlement was also very polite and willing to accommodate any needs that arised. We were very impressed with the room accomodations and cleaning services. The employees really restored my faith in customer service excellence still being a part of our society. Thank you all very much for your service. I will recommend your facility and return when the opportunity arises.

Daniel at the check in counter was very nice. He told us about all of the things the hotel had to offer. The room was very nice and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Lots to offer and the morning staff was very courteous. All around a great night's stay, and we definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

My family likes this property. It’s pet friendly and they have a good breakfast selection. Construction on site for another hotel. Water park right next door. Rooftop bar and restaurants and shopping near by.
