Check in time is 3pm & we arrived at 6 and the room STILL wasnt ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes before our room was ready. This was extremely frustrating as we werr almost late for the event we were attending. When we got into the room, there was chocolate all over the door to the refrigerator. So, not only was the room not ready over 3 hours after check in time, it wasnt fully clean. All staff we came in contact with were very friendly.

The hotel was nice and great location for activities downtown. The parking however is quite a walk and $60 for 2 nights on top of 257 pre night was a bit pricy.

Had to give it only four stars for cleanliness as there was no daily housekeeping. Not sure why even if we were to keep our towels. Staff were however very quick to respond to any needs that we had in our room.

it was super convenient in downtown, which was awesome. But the place itself is just very outdated. It was OK for one night but if I was there for a whole week, I would’ve preferred something else.
