管理会社の方とは、英語でやりとりして鍵の受け渡しをします。 古い建物かつ防震対策などない建物なので、地下鉄の振動が響きます。ほかは、大きなスーパーもありますし、地下鉄も、近いので便利です。 周辺の治安も比較的に良いと思います。

The property is good to stay, but the facility is not completely well, e.g. no hand wash in toilet, no place to dry the dishes after washing, no hanger in bathroom for hanging clothes. Staff is very well support and quick response when we are in need.
