Good hotel, mediocre service
Some of the desk staff was friendly, some were complete snobs. They turned off the air conditioning in the entire hotel. We therefore slept with the windows open and had to put headphones in because it’s a busy area. Made the stay pretty sucky. The hotel is clean and had one of the best bathrooms in all the hotels we stayed in this trip (we stayed in a few different cities). If the friendly front desk staff had been there the whole stay, we would’ve been happier, but no AC was a BIG flop as the room was pretty warm. If you’re going during the summer when they keep the AC on, I’m sure it would be a good stay.
