This hotel is well located in the city of Milan with a consistent front desk service. They were incredibly helpful as we were leaving with our bags and the rooms itself are clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast in the morning was also fresh. Highly recommend.

Loved this place. Nice location, a min walk from the Metro, lots of nice stores around and the hotel was nice and clean. No complaints. :)

This place is horrible. The hotel might be close to a train station, but there are train stations everywhere. The area is full of drug users and homeless people. The smell is awful. The room was spacious and the only good thing. But the sheets and pillows smelled like mold. The receptionist was always guaranteed to be completely unhelpful. When asked about recommended breakfast places, he said “there are plenty of bars and food around.” Obviously, that’s why we are asking about a recommendation. We were always received with hostile attitude when asked a simple question. I don’t expect class a treatment, but I also don’t allow others to treat me like an inconvenience and a nuisance when I ask for an extra blanket. Don’t recommend at all. Unless being treated like an untrained dog is your thing.

Clean, and well maintained, a very short walk to the Metro, and with helpful staff. The room was a little on the small side, but perfectly acceptable for a one night stay.

This hotel was pretty good! It was farther from the downtown Milan area (about 40 minute walk) but closer to train station (15 min walk). It wasn't super nice but it was clean for the most part. Way better than dealing with air b&bs from my experience. We did see 2 spiders in our room but housekeeping did come everyday. But you get what you pay for. We asked for an iron and was provided one and they always offered to call taxis when we needed one. They are open 24 hours which is nice. The breakfast was okay but can’t complain since it was free. The staff was very nice and helpful. Besides being farther from the center, it was a good stay for the price.

We stayed here for one quick night in Milan and wanted to be close to the train station for our train the next day. The hotel itself was great but the area around it was quite busy, noisy and run down and there were just a lot of people which wasn’t our favorite. Highly recommend this for a quick one or two night stay.

The location had good transportation access and there were shops and good restaurants nearby, which was nice. However, one downside was that several parts of the bedding had an unpleasant smell.

We chose this hotel for its facilities, location and price. The staff are all helpful and friendly, and our room had everything that we needed. It's located round the corner from a supermarket and a metro station, so it's just a few minutes away from the Duomo and an easy walk to the Central Station. Ideal for a long weekend in Milan!
