Welcome to Your Authentic Milanese Escape
Immerse yourself in the true, vibrant essence of Milan. This luminous apartment offers the perfect blend of 19th-century history and modern urban convenience. It is located inside a characteristic 1860s traditional "casa a ringhiera" (the iconic Milanese railing house) equipped with an elevator. Situated at the very corner of the famous pedestrian Via Paolo Sarpi, you will step right into the beating heart of Chinatown—a unique urban village where the aromas of oriental spices and traditional Italian panettone blend into an unforgettable atmosphere.
Whether you are visiting for a world-class concert, an international fashion exhibition at Rho Fiera, or a romantic getaway, this exclusive refuge is your ideal base.
The Space & Comfort
The apartment is rented for your total exclusive use, ensuring absolute privacy. It combines historic architectural charm with functional, welcoming interiors—perfect for families, digital nomads, or friends traveling together.
The Bedroom: A quiet, intimate sanctuary featuring two comfortable french beds (130x190 cm) upgraded with premium toppers for a deeply restorative sleep. It includes a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The Living Area: A bright open space at the entrance featuring a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle), a large square dining table with 4 chairs, and a sofa that easily transforms into a third bed (130x190 cm). This setup offers maximum layout flexibility.
The Bathroom & Beyond: A tidy bathroom with a bathtub (fully usable as a shower), washbasin, toilet, and bidet. The anteroom (antibagno) provides a large mirror and convenient coat hangers.
Accessibility & Inclusivity:
The property is proudly accessible for wheelchair users. The entrance features a double door with no internal steps, allowing smooth movement throughout the rooms. The elevator is easily accessible. The bathroom is reachable (tested with a 53 cm wide wheelchair), though the inner layout does not allow for a full 360-degree turning radius.

The windows are fitted with double glazing and traditional wooden shutters to guarantee a peaceful night's rest. In the peak of summer, if you choose to sleep with open windows, you might catch the pleasant, distant murmur of neighborhood life—a soft vibe that is significantly quieter than the usual metallic roar of city traffic.
