Upon arrival, the front desk crew could not have been nicer or more informative. We went out that evening and asked for another comforter, for the pullout couch. It was at our room when we got back. After a walk o. The beach, we went to bed. I noticed a few small stains on the sheets. No problem but when morning came there were many stains on the sheet s and original comforter. When we went to check out, the different team at the front desk didn’t even ask how our stay was or how the room was. Just that there was a $4,34 charge to add on. We only stayed one night and didn’t buy anything there. Absolutely not happy with this stay. Hilton will be getting an ear full.

Comfortable Hotel Made for a Very Nice Stay

The room was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room to leave our beach cart out of the way. Beds were comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Nice balcony. One day, the shower was a bit cold but the other day, it was fine. The whole hotel makes it easy to navigate with the beach cart or luggage. The pools are very nice if a bit crowded. It was great having a pool bar. A shout out to the restaurant for accommodating my husband when he wanted breakfast at 11:05AM, when they were supposed to be closed ant 11AM until lunch. Overall, it’s a bit pricey, but worth the extra because it was so nice and comfortable - making us want to come back in a few weeks with our young adult kids.

Worst hotel ever. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a resort, especially one that charges 800 for 1 night. With that kind of price tag- you expect a luxurious experience. Instead it was a total scam! The tub in our room was gross- covered in black stains so I did not feel comfortable using it. The water in our shower never got hot enough to use and the screen on our balcony had holes in it. The signal on our TV said "no signal" every time we turned it on. And worst of all- extreme false advertisement. The entire reason we booked thia hotel was to avoid kids and have quiet space free from them in an adult pool area. The hotel advertised that they had an adult pool but when we got there we noticed the reservation updated where it said "adult only pool" and put " we consider guests of all ages to be an adult". Just ewww. There were literally kids eveywhere in the supposed adult pool so we didnt feel comfortable using it. When I went to complain at the front desk- they did nothing and shrugged at us saying kids go there and its only adult because theres no life guard there so they consider it "adult" even though kids were everywhere. Crazy !!! We got totally jipped. This place is not for couples seeking a romantic time at all like we thought. This stay ruined our anniversary. We contacted expedia to help with these issues and were reassured that the hotel had a resolution for us but instead they ignored us. I will never stay at any hilton ever again. Rip off

Very nice for the most part.

The beds were too firm and the sofa has definitely seen better days. We didn’t sleep well at all, but everything else was very nice. The service was exceptional all across the board and the food at the on-site restaurant was good.

The property was poorly kept from the inside out. Entering the no smoking room, it smelled of smoke. Every corner was dirty. The walls, the counters, the tables, the bathroom, the balcony. The closet doors were off the hinges. The sheets had blood stains on them. And here's the kicker...there were ROACHES!! Utterly disgusting. That hotel should be shut down. The cleaning people could care less about our concerns. They sprayed lysol as a remedy for the smoke smell. I asked for another room for the night since it was too late to drive back to NYC with our toddler. They didn't have any avaliable rooms, so we had to sleep there for the night. I checked out the very next morning and requested a refund.

This property was not worth what I paid for it. The best things was it’s proximity to the beach. The room was dirty and run down. Old furnishings and the screen to the sliding door was completely torn

Great stay !

Great view to the ocean. Kids pool is perfect. We didn’t pay for breakfast so we cooked. They have pots but you should bring a metal spatula and spoon for pots. Cleaning lady was Patti, she was great and friendly. The front desk man was Williams and he was sharp and friendly.
