We had a king studio suite, had lots of space. Breakfast was ok. Noticed a pile of hair in the corner of the bathroom ( appeared to have been left by a mop). Room was warm, bed was comfy.

Clean room it cold when we arrived on a winter day. Musty smell initially but better as room warmed up. Large room accommodated daughter in wheelchair perfectly.

I booked the room through Travelocity. The room I booked was to have a whirlpool tub. That is not what we got. The hotel said Travelocity never indicated to them the room we were supposed to have. The rooms with the whirlpool tubs were all gone by the time we checked in. This was our first “getaway” since my heart attack and triple bypass. We were looking forward to the overnight stay in the room that we had booked. I would certainly expect some type of compensation from Travelocity. I have booked flights and hotels through Travelocity in the past. I won’t be so quick to use your services again!

For the price, good deal…bed was comfortable and breakfast was good(even offered a gf bagel, nice surprise for me) furniture in room is stained and worn but still fine. We will continue to stay here when attending the Bluegate PAC
