Need some work

Room was in rough shape. Looked like a dog was in the room prior. Windows curtain was ripped and had what looked like mold or mildew on it close to the air conditioner. Wallpaper was bubbling. Looked like it needed much work. Breakfast was minimal and what would have been good was not available. Lobby was super hot when walking in.

I stayed here for one night and, unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. I arrived late—around 10:30 PM—and was greeted by a very kind gentleman at the front desk, which I appreciated. However, my stay was disappointing for several reasons. The biggest issue was the shower: it was severely clogged. Within just a few minutes, I was standing in about three inches of water, which felt extremely unsanitary and frankly, disgusting. The carpet in the room was also very moist—not in a “just cleaned” way, but more like it had absorbed moisture for some time. It had a noticeable moldy smell that made the room feel unpleasant. While the air conditioning at registration wasn’t working or wasn’t cool, that didn’t really bother me compared to the condition of the room itself. I didn’t ask to be moved to another room because by the time I realized the shower issue, I was already mid-shower and had unpacked. Overall, not an experience I’d choose again.

Tv didnt work w/ remote, shower head dial broken off, shower head holder missing just a hole in the shower wall, hose to shower head leaking, when tried to balance shower head on loose pole from a previous shower attchmnt, it sprayed out into the bathroom. Shower rod loose and drooping down. The shower "curtain" was hanging in the bathtub to trip on because of the loose rod and kept sliding to the middle and water spraying out at the ends, slipping hazard on the tile floor, paint peeling from the ceiling above shower. Scotch tape with streamer hanging on wall above bed from some other guest, loose arm on desk chair, the double door between my room and other room --- no sound barrier vulgar person had their tv loud then i could hear her conversation and the person on her speaker phone as if it was in my room, tried sleeping with a pillow over my head, after 2 hours went to front desk, he went to talk with the person. Then from midnight on I could hear the guy in the room on the other side of me snoring all night, I hardly got any sleep. I spoke with the night and morning reception persons, the said the Manager would contact me, She didnt (Dawn), I had to call the hotel, did speak with her, she said the owner Mr Patel would contact me. He hasnt. I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!! I HAVE STAYED AT OTHER PROPERTIES AND THEY WERE GREAT, THIS PROPERTY IS SLUM LORD LAND

I had three rooms reserved for three nights for my daughter’s graduation at Notre Dame. The hotel had water heater issues and we ended up not being able to shower for the length of our stay. We were told the manager would be contacting us about some form of compensation for this inconvenience and was out of town. Later we were t told the owner would contact us and that he was also out of town. It’s now been over a week and despite leaving my complaint and contact info with several hotel front desk employees, I have yet to hear from anyone. Their customer service and communication was horrible and I would never stay there again or recommend that anyone else stay there. Equipment breaks down, but how you handle that with your customers is the measure of your service. Apparently, their method is to just ignore the customers and hope it goes away.

I was quite disturbed and disappointed with my one night stay at your establishment. We had a late check in and upon arrival and check into our room. The room had a very unpleasant smell, and immediately I asked for our room to be changed. We were graciously given another room right next to the room we were in before, and it too, had a very unpleasant smell. The vents in the bathroom were extremely dirty, which meant that they had not been cleaned for a while, and the furniture was dated and by the appearance of the furniture was was a likelihood that an animal may been in the room with how it was scratched up. Due to the fact that it was already late my husband and I tried our best to have get a good night rest. Unfortunately, that was not possible with the conditions of this room. I was truly disappointed, and I am hoping to be given some consideration to my concern and some former fashion.

Checking there was a problem with the system saying our room was "out of service" according to the front desk. On stead of just giving us another room, the clerk went to physically check the room. Perhaps all other 2 bed rooms were already filled. After a long day, and in desperate need of showers, we learned there was NO HOT WATER in the entire hotel. The clerk failed to tell us about this wonderful news when we checked in!!! It was after 11pm, we were exhausted, and had no way to quickly book another room at another hotel ... and La Qunita did not offer to re-book us another hotel that actually had hot water. Since we paid for a hotel room that included certain known and acknowledged amenities/features, LIKE HOT WATER, I feel we are due a refund.

Our stay was terrible I’ve never stayed in a hotel this bad before the people working here are always mad and don’t seem to want to help one of our main reasons to booking was to take the kids swimming and the pool was closed on check in date and Sunday. Breakfast was terrible they ran out of everything and the lady said she won’t be cooking anymore it was only 8:30am the waffle batter was so liquidy it wouldn’t cook. No milk no eggs, toaster was broken! Room was dirty out sheets had stains and hair in them just very disappointing
