No breakfast was offered. There was a small deli with almost nothing in it. Room was poorly lit. Both bedside lamps were not working. Piece of garbage under desk. Shower had 2 temperatures, hot and hotter. I was given the wrong keycard and had to go back to the reception desk. I would not recommend.

*Apologies to the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The following is beyond your control: The room was clean and the king bed comfortable. But It’s all downhill from there. Dinghy, faded and stained carpet in the hallways that features an uncomfortable smell, ice machine on our floor out of order ( by appearance, a long time); nearest working machine three floors up. A clean bathroom you could barely turn around in. The uncomfortable leather couch in our room showed signs of stains that could not quite be removed. In-room coffee simply horrible. “Pronto Cafe” closed. Restaurant breakfast about a C- and the dining area (in the lobby) dark and sparse. The “heated” swimming pool cold as ice and the hot tub boarded over with caution signs. The main lobby is so dimly lit for night arrivals it almost looks like the hotel is closed. Management has made no effort to restrict smoking immediately outside the main entrance. So there were always guests or employees there filling the air with smoke. Throughout the common areas no art or mirrors, furniture or anything. Totally bare walls in our room. All the charm of a minimum-security prison. Not coming back.

The check in process, was horrendous, I gave my license and credit card, and no one could find my reservation, kept asking my name even though they had license, the manager then came over, still couldn’t my reservation, I pulled up my Reservation number, gave my phone to the manager, he was still not finding it, then asked me my name 6 more times, then told me to write down confirmation number, still nothing? Several guests checked in while I was waiting. He never found it while I was their, but after twenty minutes gave me a room key, he asked if I paid already which I said I did.

Marijuana smell in hallway all weekend long and triggered a fire alarm. Very bad experience and had to evacuate in between dressing up for a party! Card not working severally and had to keep going to the front desk. Noise in the hallway and stairs at night. Overall experience horrible!

The place is so rundown, couldn’t watch tv the whole time staying. The tv was broken and the didn’t want to do anything about it It said breakfast was included but they said it wasn’t when we got there in the morning and ended up eating at ihop. The hot tub was closed for no reason. For the price of what we paid I wasn’t expecting this.. I really thought this place was nice. It’s really NOT.
