The hotel was disgusting. There was dog poop on the floor the first day I was there and whoever cleaned it did not do a thorough job. The floor was sticky and it smelled bad in the hotel all the time. I went to use the ice machine on the fourth floor and it didn't work along with an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke which is strange because its a non smoking facility. Overall was not impressed, it was very dirty.

Stay Away — No AC, Bugs, and Poor Service Stayed here recently and had a terrible experience. The room had no working AC the first night, and the hotel couldn’t even provide a fan. I had to go down three separate times just to get a working key — all while wearing a medical boot. To make matters worse, I found a bug in the shower (yes, I have a photo). Management was nowhere to be found when I tried to raise these concerns. Absolutely would not stay here again.

The pool has been down for 2 months, so I would call and check before booking. Breakfast does not come with the reservation it’s 17$ a person. The restaurant/snack shack wasn’t open. Glad I was only in town for a day. Definitely will not return.

Well what can I say, I did see the reviews prior but holy cow it was bad, it was a 2 night stay which I would never succumb myself to again, the water in the room had inconsistent temperatures, everything was old and run down, there was no microwave(which was the least at this point) but I think my worst part was seeing the sheets in which my child and I would be sharing covered in blood , to top it off the back doors were accessible so anyone could walk in (huge safety issue) it gets worst..my room had NO PHONE which was unreal😒😒 for the cost please just add a few dollars to it and go anywhere else, this was the closest hotel to the event I was going to but if I had any idea it would be this bad I would have stayed further, oh and it’s not complimentary breakfast but 16.00 for some eggs and toast is diabolical. The reason they get a 1 star is because for the most part the staff was welcoming but that’s about it..hopefully management can get it together.

The lobby was very inviting but that was about it. Beds were super uncomfortable, nowhere to fill up water, no working ice machine on my level, breakfast was expensive ($16 a plate). We had a poolside room but the pool was being renovated so there was no water in it. This would have been good to know when we made the reservation.
