Hotel shuttle went well as did check in and check out. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was showing some signs of age and a little TLC is getting close due to dripping tap in shower etc.

I never been to a hotel, motel or inn that hasn't any change. I was told the manager didn't bring any and was told to go to other establishments outside the Inn for change. I worked for similar hotels and high end hotels and always kept change on-hand for guests.

Customer service 100!!!! Rooms 2.5 the rooms are very dated like early 90’s. The continental breakfast was very underwhelming no fresh fruit options just some brown banana bananas.!

The room was clean and the welcome staff were extremely friendly. The location was super convenient for an early morning flight and the light breakfast was enough to grab to take with you on the way. A variety of amenities are close by and within walking distance if needed. From food to clothing. Will definitely stay again!

This was an okay place to lay your head for a night between flights. However, front desk staff were not friendly (although they were efficient and check-in was smooth and quick.) Do not count on the shuttle ... it only runs once per hour on the hour and, due to JFK construction, you have to take the Airtran to the single single
