It was a good place to stay for an overnight wait for a morning flight at nearby JFK airport. Convenient, since they had airport tranportation and 15 minutes away. The room was clean, if a bit dated. The bed was not very good since the matress was too soft and saggy and the room had an odd, musty smell. Bathroom and shower were good and had a hairdryer. AC worked okay. Flatscreen TV, medium sized. Breakfast was basic with cereal, banannas, juice, breads/toast, muffins, coffee and tea. Good enough place if you just want a night near the airport, but expensive for what ypu get. But that is par-for-the-course around NYC.

The property was conveniently located near the airport for the flight the following day. What I didn’t like was the bed was too small for two people and there were two housekeeping carts throughout the stay in the hall, outside of the room.

Five Towns Inn okay for an overnight.

The Five Towns Inn is okay. A little pricey, but has a shuttle from JFK with a friendly driver. Reception is all business. The room is comfortable and clean. It is obviously a renovated hotel, but suffices for an overnight stay.

Expedia's description clearly states that you can request a rollaway bed for a $15 fee. This property does not have rollaway beds! Also, the airport shuttle goes once an hour every hour. Just as an FYI as this isn't clear, there is no long term parking. It's clean and close to the airport. The person at the front desk would rather you stay somewhere else.

Nope

The room faced a Burger King with a red light across the roof. The window offered a shear see thru curtain only. There was a drive up window so close i could see in the kitchen. The air conditioner was dirty. The Continental breakfast was tiny, no fruit or yogurt. Wouldn’t stay there again. The best thing about the hotel was the shuttle driver to the airport, The one driving back was looking at his phone the entire tome and ran through stopsigns.
