The microwave and fridge made a big difference for us. Very nice sized suite, we were pleased with what we got for the price. Will absolutely stay at comfort inn and suites on our next trip. It's clean, professional, and predictable, which is really what i look for in a hotel.

The only good thing about this property was the walkability on the canal walkway. It was very nice to watch the boats. However, if your room (like mine) was on the other side of the hall, you get a NOISY view of the interstate. Cars and motorcycles kept me up both nights. The air conditioner also had a rattling noise. The area where the beds were was so small. Barely enough room for the beds and to walk around them. The sitting area had NO TV!! What?? No nice area to sit outside by the canal. NO diet Coke; only Pepsi products. Doors slam; do not close quietly. I will not stay here again.

The front desk clerk gave us the wrong room number which is no big deal but we had to get new door keys twice. The elevators are horrible (scary). We were on the 9th floor and could hear all the street noises.
