Rooms were nice but the outside balcony had a piece broken and only a desk pushed against it and zip ties held the piece together….it was scary.Tub had dirty rust marks, toilet kept clogging, room wreaked of marijuana, not enough beach chairs or pool chairs. Having valet tell us 20 min to wait for our car after we already have waited for the one elevator to go downstairs was ridiculous when we have to get to the airport. Also the king bedroom the shade was broken so we couldn’t even look out from the king bed. We talked to the front desk and was told someone would come up and fix it and they put a temporary fix on it and unraveled again while we sat in the room. They said no one would be able to fix it until the day we left. Also the balcony seating was awful. Cushions were dirty and mismatched. The pool and beach bar service were wonderful and always asking if we needed something. One pretty blonde pool bar worker didn’t tell us the tip was already included…my husband tipped her on top of already being tipped and she never said a word…I thought that was distasteful.

Very comfortable stay at the beach. Hopefully you will get Nadine upon check in and out. Food was surprisingly good at the poolside restaurant.Fish was delicious. The best mojitos. Planning to come back at Christmas if we can book the three bedroom three bath unit to accommodate family. PublicWhile Foods and Walmart are accessible via Uber. The staff very unhelpful and not polite. Gave us the room 2 hours after check in time. Nothing to cook in the apartment. Toilet and sink clogged. Elevators took 25 to 30 minutes to arrive. Very expensive for what they gave me. Bathrooms filthy. Many other guests were complaining too. I will never come back.

Excellent front desk and manager. Valet pick up services was very good. Accommodating and great communication. Terrible service at the restaurant. They don’t care about you because gratuity is included. Don’t bother with bunch. The Japanese restaurant closer to the beach has a better brunch. The view is better, food is better and your drinks are included.

The room was very nice , elevator took for ever we notice stairs even for one floor , there was no door ? Not every level so we had to wait sometime 15 minutes for elevator ! Other yhing we said it was our 25th wedding anniversary; not a single attention . Even worse my wife asked for a quiet room they give us the 10th floor directly over the swimming pool and DJ's it was so noisy the first night we couldn't sleep, i wrote them for that reason on the very first day , again nothing ! Very disappointing for the price we pay . People seems like they didnt want to help at front desk , some says it's not us go see the next one etc.. Would not come back !

Terrible experience waste of money

Super expensive for the service provided. Old appliances in room, broken no one cared to accommodate us or fix. Elevators are a nightmare the wait! The staff is GHETTO from check in to security! What a horrible experience do not recommend this place to anyone

Great, but not so great!!

We stayed 6 nights on the 33rd floor. The elevators were extremely slow. We had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes just to get into one. The front desk told us the pool was open until 10p.m. on Saturday, but the staff on the 9th floor pool deck closed it at 7:30 pm. We were able to get a lounge chair and umbrella everyday on the beach, the guys out there are amazing. We did get charged extra for "administrative" fees, we have no clue what that was. The valet parking was fantastic and very easy to use.

2 night stay

We had a very nice room, accurately described at hotels.com. Didn't have to take sheets off or put towels in a pile. Left it as it was when we entered the room. Very convenient place at the beach.
