This hotel looks cute and is in a good location, however there were a few things that may need to be included. There were no towels outside for the pool, no pool towels in the room. There was no ice bucket, or cups inside the room. Although the room looked clean, the floors left our feet dirty. The bed I slept in, wasn’t very comfortable. They do have the restaurant, but for hours you need to call or check in, we went in at 9pm to grab a drink and was told the kitchen was already closed, the happy hour they advertised, wasn’t really a happy hour, for 4 drinks we paid 80 plus dollars.. nothing special, just regular margaritas. Although their website said they were open until 11pm, they closed at 10pm. I was looking forward to this stay based on other reviews, but I was disappointed.

I stood at the check in counter 30 minutes before a front desk person appeared. No one ever answers the phone at front desk. My hair is fire engine red and very textured but there was silky straight black hair everywhere. Found ants and termites in the bathroom that could not have been made for any adult. The bed was soft and the location was great for goin out

Lot’s of bad experiencies for 1 night The beds are way to small for 2 people or a couple! The beds are bad and poor quality. Rooms do not have anything, you don’t get to have a spoon or a bottle of water! We ordered food, and 68$ for 2 fries and 1 lobster roll which was a ridiculous! They were the same size as a quarter and tasted terrible! I do not recommend this place. Unless you get drugged and don’t mind where you sleep on the floor! Pool area is the only good part of the place! The elevator has a broken floor which was very unsafe! Drinking machine double charges you all the time you buy a water, so be happy to even have them, other way you get nothing to drink! Hal-ways were dirty! I can keep going for hours, the experience was the worst I ever had in a Hotel!

Other than being ignored at the bar my first day while waiting on my room and not having a microwave in my suite ( which I didn’t quite understand ). My stay was excellent and I’ll definitely be booking at the palm tree club anytime and every time I’m in Miami. Thanks again to the wonderful staff and see you guys/gals again soon.🙂

Look at it in person first.

When I got there the confirmed hotel room that I had with a balcony was not available, they put me in another room. That was the reason I booked the hotel in the first place to have a balcony room they adjusted the price. The restaurant said it was open breakfast lunch and dinner, but it was not open for breakfast and the parking is very weird. I had to park on the backside of the other Hotel wing and walk through the entire complex to get to my room and two of the nights, the lights in the parking lot did not work.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I could not reach anyone on the phone, no matter how many times I called the front desk or housekeeping. I requested housekeeping three times, and no one ever showed up. On top of that, the room key was a constant issue—it stopped working every time we came back from outside, and we had to go downstairs to reactivate it. This happened every 5 to 6 hours, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.
