Room was dirty, bugs found on ceiling and wall. Found a dead bug in bed sheets. Staff at check in was unable to give information as to near by towns. She said was new to area and didn’t know about surroundings. The manager/or maintenance man when call to check on our infestation said absolutely nothing was rude. Surely the last time I will stay at BW. Will drive out of my way for a decent clean room. We got charged 50.00 extra for security that was to be eliminated within 24-36 hours, unfortunately that did not occur.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but there was a disturbance in the room across the hall from us. Cops were called. No fault of the hotel, though. There was also, I'm thinking a child, running and jumping around on the floor above us.

Staff aren’t the friendliest but the property itself is wonderful. I’ve stayed here a couple of times now and recommend it. The room was clean and the breakfast service was really good as well.
