The Casa de Las Palomas is located about a 15 minute walk from the main center, a few blocks away from all the noise, in a quiet and cozy area, not far from great restaurants and plenty of shopping. The House is a restored house turned boutique hotel, only 9 rooms, but very comfortable. Service is excellent, everyone strives to go beyond. The breakfast experience is a must. Every dish being served is deliciously prepared and served. We enjoy every bite of the Yucatan dishes offered by a top notch chef. Highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, and all the staff are friendly and attentive to guests' needs. We rented a car, and they provided a parking lot across the street where we could park it. The staff was always attentive to our needs, and it was clear they genuinely cared. The only thing I suggest improving is the pillows. We felt our sleep wasn't optimal because the pillows were too soft (we prefer medium firmness). If the hotel can offer more pillow firmness options in the future, that would be fantastic.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with restaurants, the Cathedral, and all the main sights in the historic center just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and even greeted us with a bottle of wine. We also booked a spa service, and the spa team was both professional and on time.

This boutique hotel strikes a lovely balance between design, comfort, and location — perfect for travelers who want to explore Mérida while enjoying a peaceful, stylish home base. The hotel is very well situated — close enough to walk to many downtown sights. Rooms are well maintained, clean, and with amenities that work well (good AC, comfy beds). The bathroom was attached to the room that was on the outside. Breakfast selection is small, but every dish is very tasty, it is highly recommended to give it a try. The pool was not always as clean or well-kept on some days-leaves, debris. Casa de las Palomas is an excellent choice for couples, solo travelers, or small groups wanting a stylish, relaxing stay in Mérida. If you don’t mind sacrificing a little in terms of full-service dining or having less bathroom enclosure, the charm, comfort, and service really shine.

Happy and impressed.

The facility is beautiful. Elegant, in great shape, and quiet. The location is excellent - two blocks away from Paseo Montejo. The beds are comfortable and the staff is superb. SUPERB.They take hospitality serious here. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The staff were very nice and the property was clean. We loved the outdoor shower and found the bed to be comfortable. The location is close to everything there is to see. Very walkable. We also liked that there is a corner store across the street where we could buy snacks and water.

Amazing staff and service!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, and our room was spacious with a super comfortable bed. The pool was on the smaller side, but it was still great and served its purpose well. I also had an in-room massage, which was both convenient and relaxing. If we're back in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again!
