Needs some updating and freshing up. Most of the window blinds didn't work. It was good for our purposes but had some issues. Owner generally was responsive. It appeared not to be well cared for. Needed explanation of what we needed to provide. Neighbor was helpful.

Needs a lot of attention smelled of dog urine and poop limited furniture to sit on couch was just shampooed and couldn’t use for a few days cockroaches found camera on back patio so felt like we were being watched backyard and front yard was in terrible condition So let me say I wouldn’t recommend but it’s your choice to stay
